The Ultimate Christmas puddings are light, sweet and absolutely delicious. Made from a family recipe from the north of England.
It's packed with luxury fruits and nuts with good sloshes of brandy and dry sherry. But its not heavy and it's not bitter and you absolutely will have room for it after the turkey.
They also make wonderful presents for the family!
