The CPA is always looking for ways to improve and better support our school.

Your feedback helps shape what we do.

This form gives parents and carers the chance to share ideas, comments or suggestions.

We are also committed to ensuring that children’s voices are heard. We regularly seek their views on what they would like to see from the CPA and use their ideas to help shape our activities and priorities. We are proud to place children firmly at the heart of everything we do, making sure their experiences and perspectives guide our work alongside the views of our families.

Feedback can be anonymous, or you may choose to leave your details if you’d like us to follow up directly.

If online forms aren’t your thing, you can also leave a written note in the CPA postbox in the school office.
