About Us

The Chinthurst Parents' Association (CPA) is a Registered Charity run by a Committee of Volunteer Parents.  Our primary mission is to enhance the school experience for every child. Through our fundraising efforts, we help bring additional projects, resources, and opportunities to life – the kind that spark joy, curiosity, and growth in ways that go beyond the classroom. From funding new playground equipment to supporting inspiring talks, We’re here to ensure every Chinthurst child has access to opportunities that help them thrive.

We understand that, as an Independent school, some might wonder why fundraising is still necessary. The answer is simple: our fundraising allows us to go further, providing those extra touches that make a lasting impact. These are the things that turn a great school into an exceptional one – from unique experiences for the children to enhancements that enrich their everyday learning and play. Every penny we raise goes directly back into creating opportunities and moments that benefit our children and our community.

But it’s not just about raising funds – it’s about raising spirits too! We work hard to organise fun, engaging events for our children.  From exciting discos, pumpkin patches, laser shows and more we strive to create moments they’ll treasure for years to come.

And at the heart of it all is community. We’re passionate about creating spaces where parents, families, and staff can connect, share, and celebrate everything that makes Chinthurst special. Whether it’s a coffee morning, a quiz night, or simply a chat at pick-up, our goal is to bring everyone closer together.

We believe that every parent and carer is an essential part of the Chinthurst story, and we warmly invite you to join us – whether it’s lending a hand at an event, sharing your ideas, or just cheering us on.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us. Let’s make it amazing – together!
