Get ready for an unforgettable evening at the Chinthurst Parents’ Association Ball, now re-imagined as the Chint-House Festival! This year, we’re bringing the party to a stunning countryside setting, generously provided by a local farming family within our school community.

Your ticket includes a welcome drink and a delicious dinner from an amazing local caterer, ensuring you’re fueled for a night of celebration! Expect a night filled with delicious food, flowing drinks, and a DJ to keep the party going late into the night. Of course, no Chinthurst Ball would be complete without our much-loved Chinthurst Auction, which will be shorter and punchier this year, so you can spend more time celebrating!

We’ve listened to your feedback and have taken full control of the event, ensuring that more of the proceeds go directly to the school rather than external venues. By partnering with small, local suppliers, we’re making this year’s festival more personal, community-focused, and impactful.

This year, we have made a concerted effort to reduce the overall cost of tickets for the ball, meaning prices are lower than last year. Additionally, to make attending even more accessible, we are offering the option to split your ticket payment into two installments*, alongside the standard choice of paying in full. If you choose to split your payment, you will automatically receive a link to pay the second installment in April/May.

*This offer is only available for tickets purchased in March

A Feast Fit for a Festival!

Enjoy a delicious feast included with your ticket, featuring:

🔥 Mains: Hog roast with all the trimmings, chicken & chorizo paella, vegan/vegetarian paella, and a BBQ with Moroccan-spiced lamb, chicken thighs, and locally made sausages (vegetarian/ vegan options available).

🥗 Sides & Salads: A variety of fresh salads, artisan breads, and tasty dressings.

🍰 Desserts: Eton mess, white chocolate cheesecake, banoffee pie, seasonal berries, and a cheese selection.

Due to the more informal nature of the ball this year, there will be no assigned table plans. Seating will be available while you are eating, allowing for a more relaxed and flexible dining experience. We encourage everyone to enjoy the evening in a way that suits them best.

Country Chic Heads Up! As our event will be nestled in the beautiful countryside, please consider your footwear choices!

Dress Code; It's a time for dressing up but please wear whatever you are most comfortable in.

Transport; 🗺️ We are looking at offering a bus service from the school to the venue, if this is of interest to you please tick the box when you purchase tickets. This does not commit you but allows us to gauge interest.

Car Parking will be available on a limited basis so please purchase your parking if you are intending to drive. Please note cars can be left overnight but will need to be collected the next day.
